If you’ve separated from your partner and you need to work out how you will both separate your finances ( which includes dividing property, cash, shares, superannuation as well as debt) and set out this agreement in a legally binding document this service is for you. It’s important to sever the financial tie when you separate and make a clean break.
You will also need to go through the legal steps to get divorced.
We offer a Basic Negotiation Service for couples whose circumstances are not very complicated and need some help agreeing on who gets what. We also offer an additional service called our Advanced Negotiation service for couples whose circumstances are more complex, have multiple assets and are having a little trouble reaching agreement.
During the negotiations you will both have the opportunity to agree on joint and individual goals, explore your financial situation together, discuss the available options, make realistic decisions and agree on settlement terms that you can both live with.
